PATIENCE REWARDED FOR THIS PASSING GLANCE FILLY . . . . . . .

BRIEFLY maintained the fine form of our summer team with a well deserved victory in a division of a mares’ maiden hurdle over two and a half miles at Bangor on Friday evening in the colours of my racing club.

An attractive filly by Passing Glance she has been with us since we bought her for £10,000 at Goffs as a yearling.

She progressed with each run in her bumpers and it has been much the same over hurdles with two decent performances at Fontwell recently hinting that her turn was near.

Briefly is a forward going type who jumps very well and made much of the running on Friday before finding more on the flat to see off the persistent challenge of Moon Lady by three-quarters of a length.

It was a victory which earned a handsome bonus for the team as it was a GBB race.
