I am delighted to announce that we intend to hold the second Anthony Honeyball Golf Day at Cricket St Thomas Golf Club, near Chard, on Tuesday September 7th 2021. For those of you that play Golf and would be interested in joining us on the day the details are as follows
The Competition:
The Golf Day will consist of an individual and team stableford competition over 18 holes. Groups will play in 4 balls with the first tee off time at 13.30. There will be individual prizes (top three individual stableford scores, nearest pins and longest drive etc) and a team prize which will be decided by the best three scores from the four players in the groups you are playing in – so even if you are having a bad day at least you can cheer on those people you are playing with!
We have 10 tee times booked which means a cap of 40 players. This will be on a first come first serve basis – so please reply as soon as you are able to confirm so we can monitor numbers.
The Cost:
The cost of the day to include 18 holes of Golf, food before and after is £40 per head.
Geegeez.co.uk are very kindly sponsoring the Refreshments Buggy, and Matt Bisogno will be driving it around throughout the day to keep us topped up !
What to do next:
Jeremy Blackburn has volunteered to run the Golf Day for me and he will oversee the rules and regs on the day and will also scrutinise handicaps – especially mine, he says!
If you would like to play with us on September 7th, please can you email Jeremy to confirm your attendance and also let him have your handicap details.
