We are excited to report that we have had another brilliantly successful year of the 5-2-Follow competition with a whopping 105 entries which means we have raised a super £525 for the Dorset & Somerset Air Ambulance.
Well done to all of you who took part and as with all competitions there are winners to be announced…
In 1st Place with 175 points is Chris Cobbett with his A entry of Credo, Kilbeg King, Firestream, Breaking Cover and Doyen For Money, then during the transfer window exchanged Doyen For Money for Smart Casual, winning £554!! Huge congratulations to Chris.
In second place there is amazingly a 3 way tie between Karen Bicknell (A entry), Lucy Blackburn (A entry) and Sophie Fooks!! They all had slightly different choices:
Karen had Lilith, Gustavian, Breaking Cover, Doyen For Money and Serious Charges, then during the transfer window exchanged Serious Charges for Kilbeg King.
Lucy had Breaking Cover, Mollie Brown, Coquelicot, Lily the Pink and Kilbeg King.
Sophie had Breaking Cover, Smart Casual, Kilbeg King, Firestream and Serious Charges, then during the transfer window exchanged Serious Charges for Coquelicot.
Karen, Lucy and Sophie split the prize money for 2nd and 3rd between them meaning they each win £123 – congratulations!
Finally, the wooden spoon goes to Vanessa Dickman and Jamie Hammond who both had 30 points and therefor both get their entry fees back (minus the air ambulance donation).
